SHIPPING 

All orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground within 3-5 business days of the order date (unless otherwise stated), excluding weekends and holidays. For additional shipping questions please info@mayamueble.com

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange and item within 14 days. All items should be returned in its original condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer must pay return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable carrier for returns to insure the merchandise you are returning as we are not responsible for missing packages. Shipping fees will only be refunded in the event of an item arriving damaged during the shipping process. If you item arrives damaged please contact info@mayamueble.com for further action.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders that are shipped and/or sold within Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio. For all other states/locations, you are responsible for reporting and paying all related sales tax liabilities to the appropriate taxing authorities.
